Being an art model from a very early age,
“Darling” always loved to express her
creativity: she gathered unusual vintage
outfits, experimented with outlandish
makeup, wrote songs and poetry, sang,
danced, drew.
At the age of 16 Darling went to Maui
where she began to train as an art model
in the studio of David Warren.
She left Maui for the East Coast in 1998,
began her self-portraits what opened a
world of new expression.
A move to the West Coast drew her into
the world of art schools and classes and
her modelling evolved to a new level.
